The Arab Center for Sustaining Civil Action, affiliated with the Misr El Kheir Foundation, launched the activities of the first track of the Regional Development Exchange Program " Misr El Kheir Fellowship for Sustainable Local Development Practitioner - Class of 2023sponsored by many local and international organizations and with the participation of 55 participants from civil society organizations from Countries(Egypt - Syria - Libya - Yemen - Tunisia - Jordan - Iraq - Palestine - Morocco).

During the opening of the program, it was emphasized that the Misr El Kheir Foundation seeks, through launching the exchange program, to establish an interactive educational forum between workers in civil society organizations and development practitioners at the level of the Arab and African regions. With the aim of facilitating the exchange of experiences and promoting best practices, in addition to supporting innovation and creativity in designing development interventions for civil society organizations that are implemented within the framework of sustainable development and climate action

It is worth noting that the program takes 32 training days, ending with each participant submitting a graduation project as one of the requirements for a graduation certificate from the program in its first track. The program includes the following training levels:

First level: Local development (models and methods and roles)

Second level: The right to development.< /p>

• The third level: Sustainable development concept, dimensions and mechanisms Application.

•The fourth level: Modern methods of mobilizing resources And arranging financing.

• Fifth level: Monitoring and identifying needs, opportunities, and resources Sustainable community.

•Level Six: Community development strategies for NGOs .

The trainers’ body participated in the opening, and during the meeting, the Misr Al-Khair Foundation, the activities of the Arab Center for Sustaining Civil Work, the training program, its components, and its importance were introduced.
