The Arab Center for the Sustainability of the National Action of the Egypt Foundation launched the first track activities of the regional program for development exchange "Egypt's goodness for the practitioner of sustainable local development"-batch 2023 Style = "font -family: inherit;"> under the auspices of many local and international organizations and with the participation of 55 participants from civil organizations from countries (Egypt - Syria - Libya - Yemen - Tunisia - Jordan - Iraq - Palestine - Morocco).

During the opening of the program, it was emphasized that the Misr Al-Khair Foundation seeks, through the launch of the exchange program, to establish an interactive educational forum between workers in civil organizations and development practitioners at the level of the Arab and African region in order to facilitate the exchange of experiences and enhance best practices in addition to supporting innovation and creativity in designing development interventions of organizations Civilization, which is implemented within the framework of sustainable development and climate action

It is worth noting that the program takes 32 training days that ends that each participant submits a graduation project as one of the requirements for graduation leave from the program in the first course. The program includes the following training levels:

• The first level : local development (models, methods and roles)

• Second level : the right to development.

• The third level: Sustainable Development concept, dimensions and application mechanisms.

• Fourth level : modern methods in filling resources and financing management.

• Fifth level : monitoring and identifying needs, opportunities and sustainable societal resources.

• Sixth level : Community Development Strategies for NGOs.

The cost of the program [$ 950] dollars for one participant provides for free in support of Arab civil organizations as the program is accredited from several local, Arab and international bodies.
